Jimi Matthews joined Perfect Placement in January 2007 from the Used Car Trade, previously Jimi has worked for Auto Trader and 3 years with Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Jimi entered into the Automotive Industry straight from University, where he studied History and has returned in recent times to gain a Law degree. Having worked within the Motor Trade for over eight years Jimi has grasped an appreciation of the Aftersales department’s needs as well as front line sales and F&I. Jimi’s knowledge and understanding of both sides of the business have been a key factor in the success of his Area. Since January 2007 Jimi has built up a good insight of both his client’s requirements and his applicant’s needs; as such he is available to discuss your recruitment issues on a friendly and professional basis.

Jimi’s functions within Perfect Placement also include being one of our Principal Consultants and our Compliance Officer with regards to our Registration and Membership of the REC and looks after our Data Protection and Equal Opportunities legal obligations. Jimi’s skills were widely developed and his knowledge of business software gave him the ability to introduce and commission the company's massive applicant data base. In his spare time A Rotarian, A keen Golfer, who recently achieved a hole in one! And a Rugby Union official.
