5.5 Day week Monday-Saturday on rota basis. Full Time Service Advisor within Prestige Dealership Generous salary £neg depending on experience Our client requires an experienced automotive Service Advisor with recent Main Dealer experience to work within their busy Service department of their Prestige Dealership. You will need to be a confident relationship builder, able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets. You will be working alongside a team of Service Advisors and be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. You will be greeting customers in to the service department, extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, and keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out. You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer's satisfaction. Previous experience in a similar role within a Prestige Dealership is preferable, experience in a similar role within a Main Dealer is essential. You must also possess a full UK driving licence.
