| General Sales Manager, Yorkshire, Motor Trade Jobs 5.5 Day Week on Rota £50k OTE + + Company Car Our client a Vauxhall Main Dealer in Yorkshire is currently seeking to recruit an experienced General Sales Manager with recent or current Vauxhall main dealer experience to run there busy Vauxhall site. Your duties will include: - * Being responsible for training and motivating a team of experienced sales executives and support staff, * Devising a marketing plan and setting sales targets, * Monitoring and encouraging the team, * Compiling and analysing sales figures. * Monitor & Improve CSI You must be able to demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock. You must also be able to motivate, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised. An exciting opportunity for the successful candidate, as this position offers excellent benefits. Applicants must be process driven with excellent presentation skills. Vauxhall Sales management experience is essential for this role however my client may also consider an experienced Sales Manager with Vauxhall brand experience looking for the next step in their career or a General Sales Manager from a competitve brand.
