Our clients are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join their Motor Trade Facility. The clients have an ambition to deliver 'an excellent customer experience every time with nothing left to chance'. They achieve this through the people who do ordinary things extraordinarily well. At their Main Dealer they are seeking outstanding individuals to contribute towards their continuing success. In your role as Service Administrator you will be a key member of our Aftersales Team and you would be expected to provide excellent administrative support to the Service Department. You will be responsible for developing effective manufacturer and supplier contacts and maintain liaison with all members of the Service Team. In this customer-facing role, you will deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure complete customer satisfaction. In this role you need to show excellent communication skills when dealing with people face to face and whilst using the telephone and demonstrate good organisational skills. You will need Retail experience in a customer facing environment is desirable. In the age of technology you should be IT literate and able to use Microsoft Word and database packages.
